Reports To: This role will receive direction and support from Essential Services Director and/or Executive Director to understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes and assist staff with efforts to analyze service processes. This role works to develop approaches to streamline or digitize service processes and tasks, reduce or eliminate paperwork, and secure data.

Description: Process Automation Specialist will use their expertise to improve existing systems, create new ones, boost efficiency by reducing wait times and improve our client experience.

 Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for digitizing manual and paper-based service processes
  • Designing and developing new digital systems and improvements to existing ones
  • Writing and updating system documentation and providing user training
  • Training staff on digitized features and managing process changes
  • Monitoring the performance of digitized features through testing and troubleshooting any problems to ensure smooth deployment

Expectations:

Consistency and dependability by showing up for all regularly scheduled volunteer shifts. Flexible day-time hours 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Thursday.
